Shipping policy

All orders ship within 2-10 business days. Once you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours. Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days but some made to order items may take longer. Custom and wholesale orders may take longer ship but this will be discussed upon ordering. 

Please be sure you are providing the correct mailing address when checking out. We are not liable for lost packages if the wrong mailing address is provided. Once a package is shipped it is out our hands. However if your order is lost in transit and has the correct mailing address, we are happy to offer a reorder of your order at 80% of the original cost plus shipping. Please note some jewelry and wall hangings are one of kind or very limited in quantity, some items can not be made again and most crystals in our shop cannot be reordered. 

We take time to carefully package each and every order. As previously stated once a package is shipped it is out of our hands - we will handle this on a case by case basis but please note we do not offer refunds on items that are damaged in transit.
