Do you take custom and wholesale orders?
Yes! If you are wanting a custom order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram.
If you are wanting to place a wholesale order email us at email@example.com. We will send you our Google sheet which has wholesale information and products available for wholesale.
We do not take wholesale orders for crystals. Select jewelry and wall hangings are available for wholesale.
What material is your jewelry made out of? How do I take care of my jewelry?
All jewelry in our shop is brass unless otherwise noted. We polish and coat all brass pieces to be tarnish resistant. All wire is tarnish resistant brass. For best care practices do not get your jewelry wet to prevent dulling/tarnishing. It is also important to note that not all stones should get wet. Store your jewelry in a safe place out of direct sunlight. If you ever see your brass jewelry losing it’s shine/tarnishing, using a jewelry cloth to polish it will leave your jewels looking good as new!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders ship within 2-10 business days. Once you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours. Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days but some made to order items may take longer. Custom and wholesale orders may take longer ship but this will be discussed upon ordering. Please see our Refund and Shipping Policy for more information.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout! What do I do now?
We are all human - it happens! If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram ASAP.
If you happen to enter the wrong shipping address at checkout and do not notice until after your order is already shipped, please note we are NOT liable for packages once we ship them. Please see Shipping and Refund Policy for more information regarding lost packages.
I broke my jewelry/my jewelry broke!
We stand by everything we create - it is important to us that you are over the moon with your jewels! If your jewelry breaks, please email us! We are happy to fix or replace your jewels. If your jewelry needs fixing we just charge the cost of shipping. If your jewelry needs to be replaced we will charge full cost of item (depending on the circumstance) plus shipping.
**Please note a lot of jewels in our shop are one of a kind or limited in quantity but we will do our best to fix/recreate your jewelry.**
If you are seeing your jewelry dull or tarnish and would like to send it back to have us to have it cleaned please email us at email@example.com with a photo attached. Cleaning fee is $10 plus shipping.

Our pieces are handmade and shipped from Colorado Springs, Colorado! If you are local you can find our shop at Eclectic Co. in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs and in our second location located in Old Colorado City, CO. You can also find our shop at Blue Haus Collective located in Denver.
