I would like to note that all crystal properties listed here are an accumulation of my own research and findings.
Crystals have formed over millions of year and it is a scientific fact that they emit their own vibrations. The crystalline atomic lattice (geo make up of the crystal) vibrates and even very slight pulses of energy can cause the vibrations to increase. With that being said, if you are looking to work with crystals, you need to put your own energy with the right intentions into that crystal. If there is a particular crystal you are wanting to work with I recommend learning about that specific crystal and mediating with that crystal. Get to know how that crystals energy and vibrations work with your own. If someone were to give you something that is battery operated without batteries, that item is not going to work. It will not be of use until you have batteries. I like to think that you are the battery that will energize and bring which ever crystal you are working with to its fullest potential.
I want to again acknowledge that this is all of my own research, findings and experience working with crystals. This is not medical advice. I firmly believe in the power of crystal healing. I know how it has helped me in my life and I enjoy sharing my knowledge. Abalone brings tranquility, soothes nerves and helps to deal with difficult emotions. Abalone also strengthens commitment. Agate is an incredible Earthy grounding crystal. Agate helps to stimulate the imagination and to balance out the mind, body, and spiritual energy.
Amethyst is an extremely powerful and protective crystal with high spiritual vibrations. Amethyst is a natural tranquilizer and enhances higher states of consciousness and mediation. Amethyst is known as the “All Healer” and has strong cleansing powers. Being used on a higher level amethyst opens to another reality.
Angelite aids in spirit guide and guardian angel contact. Angelite is a very calming and soothing stone - it helps to relieve tension, anger and stress. It helps to heighten awareness, and promotes compassion & telepathy.
Apatite is an amazing crystal for manifestation and has inspirational properties. Apatite is attuned to the future but also connects you to your past life. This crystals aids in communication and self expression on all levels. Apatite expands knowledge and truth and eases sorrow, apathy, and anger. This crystal reduces irritability, clears frustration, and endorses passion without guilt. You can also find apatite in yellow, gray, blue, white, purple, brown, red-brown, and violet - yellow being the rarest.
Apophyllite will to attune the mind to the spirit. This stone creates a conscious connection between the physical and spiritual realms - helping with astral travel, scrying, and clairvoyance. It is associated with the Third Eye and Crown Chakra and Zodiac signs Gemini and Libra.
Aquamarine boosts courage and heightens intuition. Aquamarine will help you to let go of emotional issues and to achieve closure. Aquamarine is also an excellent crystal to use/wear during mediation for it purifies the body.
Aragonite is a strong grounding crystal, it helps to clear blockages and helps you be present in the moment. Aragonite also helps to diffuse tension and difficult situations. This is a great crystal to carry around with you everyday if you are struggling to be present in your everyday life and if you hold a lot of tension and anxiety.
Auralite 23 is a very vibration crystal - it will help to raise your vibration while also keeping you grounded and also helps to clear any energy blockages you may have. Auralite 23 helps to boost intuition and aids in improving patience and awareness.
Black Tourmaline is a strongly protective stone, it protects you against negative energy, helps to improve your emotional stability, relieves anxiety, and helps to create balance in your life. Black Tourmaline is associated with the root chakra. If you are in needing of grounding this is a great stone to mediate with.
Bloodstone helps to center you emotionally and has a very calming energy, this is a very protective and grounding stone. Bloodstone helps to bring spirituality into your everyday life and can aid in revitalizing love within yourself and relationships.
Blue Lace Agate has soft, soothing energy and is very stabilizing and grounding. It brings trust and loyalty and will help to boost self confidence. It is associated with the throat chakra.
Botswana Agate brings celestial and earth energy into the subtle body - harmonizing them with physical body. This is a powerful holistic healer, banded agates remove dualities and conflict. They also have been used for overcoming physical, emotional, and mental poisoning or toxicity and is a useful receptacle for negative energy.
Calcite improves self worth and helps to boost self confidence - this is a very emotionally healing crystal and helps to rid your life of negative energy. Calcite is also a very spiritual crystal and helps connect your mind and body to your soul and is known to help enhance psychic abilities.
Carnelian will help to banish emotional negativity, release anger, and also stimulates creativity. This stone boosts fertility and sexuality and is also said to aid in your love life/attract a lover. Herkimer Diamond are a strong amplifier of spiritual energy. They help to connect with astral plane to the physical world to facilitate astral travel, with that being said herkimer diamonds are great to use/wear while mediating or when doing dream work.
Hessonite Garnet encourages mental and emotional healing - this stone helps to release far and anxiety and also boosts your confidence levels.
Iolite is an incredible stone aiding in calming the mind and helping to achieve a positive state of mind. Iolite boosts creativity, motivation, and promotes self expression. It is said this stone will aid you through journeys in your life - the Vikings actually used this stone as a compass! Jasper is a strong grounding crystal. It centers the mind and body and will help to achieve a deep mediation state. Kunzite is tranquil, spiritual stone with extremely high vibrations. The best way to cleanse malachite is by putting it on quartz (do NOT use salt to cleanse malachite as it will damage the surface). Malachite will help to clear and activate the chakras and attunes to spiritual guidance. Malachite will also stimulate healing dreams and will help to reveal subconscious yearning.
